Make your life easier while away by adding our Concierge Services to your Home Watch Service Agreement. Our concierge services provide valuable convenience for our home watch clients, offering assistance with various needs, such as escorting service providers for urgent issues, personal assistance for errands and plant watering, key management, preventative maintenance, and car watch services. We are open to special requests and will work with you to accommodate your needs within our expertise and insurance coverage.

- Plant Care

Want us to water your plants while you are away? No Problem, just let us know.

- Deliveries/Packages

Need a package picked up? Having one dropped off? We can take care of it for you.

- Shopping

A long trip home and you want to relax when you get there? Let us do the shopping for you. Give us your list and we will make sure your refrigerator is stocked when you get home.

- Contractor/Vendor Management

Do you have a project being completed while you are away? We can let contractors into your home and be your advocate while they work. When the contractors are finished for the day we will make sure your home is secure.

- Keyholder Services

Your keys are kept locked in a safe. If you need, we can meet someone with the key or they can pick it up. This ensures safe control of your keys and who has access to your home.

- Pre Storm Visits

Before the storm hits we check your home for anything that could be damaged during a storm and report back to your for further instructions.

- Post Storm Visits

After a storm hits we visit your house checking the yard, out buildings, sheds, garages, exterior and interior of your home. We report back to you using our state of the art reporting software.

- Car Drive Services

At your request, we will drive your car to prevent it from sitting for long periods of time.

- Non-Routine House Checks

We can check your home for a non-scheduled visit and report back to you. These visits are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

- Emergency Call Out

At your request, we can check your home for an emergency visit and report back to you. These visits are outside the hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

- Post Rental House Checks

After a tenant or guest leaves your property our Concierge will perform a house check and report back to you.
