Before going inside we collect your mail, news papers and flyers etc. These are sure signs of an empty home. 

Using a systematic approach we tour your home room by room observing windows, doors, walls, ceilings, and floors. We are looking for any obvious visual signs that should be reported like mold, water damage, rodents, vandalism and more.

We will also check the Water Zones ( Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundry etc.) of your home cycling the systems, observing and reporting their function. We are looking for leaks, mold, drains, rodent droppings and more.

 We systematically check your basement looking for obvious visible signs of water, flooding, leaks, mold, rodents, and more. We check your sump pump water level, furnace operation, water heater operation (if it hasn't been winterized), walls, ceilings, carpets etc. We will also look at windows and doors for signs of forced entry or vandalism.  

We check finished attics. We are looking for obvious visible signs of water, flooding, leaks, mold, rodents, and more. We check your ceiling, floor, walls, windows and doors.

Each report includes information on the temperature and humidity levels in your home during the check. Neglecting proper climate control in your home can lead to problems such as burst pipes and mold growth.
